Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form the basis of your contract with Mr Tour Guy Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Making a Booking

A booking is confirmed once we have received your completed booking form and the required deposit payment.

The person making the booking (“the Lead Guest”) confirms that they have authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of the party and that all guests agree to be bound by them.

2. Deposit & Payment Schedule

A 15% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure.

If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation charges set out below.

3. Prices & What’s Included

Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and are based on two people sharing accommodation.

Single supplements, optional extras, and upgrades are subject to availability.

What is included in the tour price is outlined on the relevant tour page.

Flights, airport transfers (unless specified), personal expenses, travel insurance, and optional activities are not included.

4. Changes to Your Booking

Any changes requested after booking—including name changes—must be made in writing.

Where possible, changes will be accommodated subject to supplier rules and any additional charges incurred, which will be passed on to you.

You may transfer your place to another person provided:

• we receive written notice

• the replacement guest meets all participation requirements

• any supplier-imposed fees are paid

5. Cancellations by You

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation charges are:

• More than 90 days before departure: loss of deposit only

• 90 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the tour price

The deposit remains non-refundable in all circumstances.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

6. If We Cancel or Make Changes

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary at any time, including substituting experiences, altering timings, or using alternative accommodation or transport of a similar standard.

If we cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

No additional compensation will be payable.

7. Operational Adjustments for Small Groups

As this is a boutique, small-group experience, group sizes may vary.

In the event of a smaller departure, we may operate the tour with a smaller vehicle, revised logistics, or minor scheduling adjustments while maintaining the overall quality and character of the experience.

Such adjustments do not entitle guests to a refund provided the core elements of the tour are delivered.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, war, or transport disruption.

9. Travel Insurance

All guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• cancellation

• medical expenses

• curtailment

• delays

• personal belongings

Insurance should be purchased at the time of booking.

For guests seeking specialist travel insurance for escorted tours, we recommend Kelturas Vacations, whose policies are designed specifically for music- and culture-focused travel experiences.

You can learn more at www.kelturas.com.

ì10. Passports, Visas & Health

Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and meet all entry requirements.

You must inform us before booking of any medical condition, mobility limitation, or special requirement that could affect your participation.

We reserve the right to refuse participation where safety or practicality would be compromised.

11. Behaviour & Participation

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward fellow travellers, staff, musicians, guides, and suppliers.

We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

12. Our Responsibility & Suppliers

We act as tour organiser and contract with independent suppliers such as hotels, transport companies, distilleries, guides, and musicians.

We are responsible for arranging the services included in your tour but are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers where permitted by law.

13. Liability

Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid for the tour, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Complaints

If you have a concern during the tour, please raise it with the tour host immediately so we can attempt to resolve it on the spot.

Any unresolved complaints should be submitted in writing within 28 days of the tour ending.

15. Photography & Marketing

Photographs or video may be taken during the tour for marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear, please notify us in writing before departure.

16. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
