To hold your place on the tour, we take a 15% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 3 months before the tour date.

Balance Due at 60 Days
The remaining β¬2,294.15 is due 60 days before departure β by March 2, 2027. We'll send you a reminder well in advance.
Fully Refundable
Plans change. Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel more than 3 months before the tour (before February 3, 2027). We strongly recommend travel insurance for any changes after that date.
